Mahalepi with AMALIA Maized Powdered Starch
Ingredients
5 spoonfuls of Amalia maize powdered starch | 5 glasses of warm water | 1 glass of cold water |
Step 1
dissolve the maize powdered starch in ? of the cold water.
Step 2
Then, pour it in the warm water which is already on the fire.
Step 3
Mix and stir until the mixture thickens. After, add the remaining cold water and continue to stir.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 6 small bowls and put them in the refrigerator to cool. The mahalepi is ready.
