Gum Custard with Almond Cordial
Ingredients
6 glasses of fresh milk | 7 spoons of Amalia maize powdered starch | 1 glass of Amalia almond cordial | Some grinded gum |
Some raw pistachio nuts for garniture |
Step 1
pour the milk, almond cordial and maize powdered starch in a bowl and mix until the maize powdered starch dissolves.
Step 2
Heat and store the mixture until the custard thickens.
Step 3
Then, take the custard off the fire, add the grinded gum and continue to mix.
Step 4
When you finish, pour the custard into individual bowls or Pyrex and sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top as garniture.
