Custards with AMALIA Cordials
Ingredients
6 glasses of milk | 7 spoonfuls of Amalia Maize powdered starch | 250ml of fresh cream | 12 spoons of Amalia cordial |
Step 1
First warm 4 glasses of milk while dissolving the maize powdered starch in the remaining 2 glasses of milk.
Step 2
Then pour the cold milk into the warm milk.
Step 3
As the mixture begins to boil, add the fresh cream. When the mixture thickens add the cordial of your choice (except lemon and orange).
Step 4
Then, continue to stir and the custard is finally ready to serve.
