Custards with AMALIA Cordials


  • 6 glasses of milk
  • 7 spoonfuls of Amalia Maize powdered starch
  • 250ml of fresh cream
  • 12 spoons of Amalia cordial

PROCEDURE: first warm 4 glasses of milk while dissolving the maize powdered starch in the remaining 2 glasses of milk. Then pour the cold milk into the warm milk. As the mixture begins to boil, add the fresh cream. When the mixture thickens add the cordial of your choice (except lemon and orange). Then, continue to stir and the custard is finally ready to serve. Leave the custard to cool, and then keep in the refrigerator.
